Get ready to discover the authentic northern side of Tenerife in a way you never imagined. First, your adventure begins at our office in Puerto de la Cruz with a complete safety briefing, where we will teach you how to master the quad before starting the engines.
Forget about conventional tourist routes. Indeed, this is a mixed route where we combine road link sections with the real action: we will venture along trails that wind through banana plantations and high-elevation landscapes. Consequently, we guarantee you a minimum of 30 minutes of pure off-road driving (off-asphalt). You will absolutely feel the adrenaline on the dirt tracks and pristine volcanic black sand coasts.
Then, halfway through the journey, we will make a strategic stop at an exclusive viewpoint. There, you can enjoy the best panoramic views of the valley while recharging your energy with a delicious snack and a refreshing drink, right before heading back to the base.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the entire route on dirt tracks (Off-Road)?
No. It is a mixed route. First, to be able to reach the impressive landscapes of the north, we must drive along sections of asphalted road. However, we guarantee you a minimum of 30 minutes of pure off-road driving on dirt tracks and trails among banana plantations.
Will I get dirty with dust or mud?
Yes, that’s part of the fun! When entering the off-road sections you will kick up dust if the weather is dry, and you will get muddy if it has rained recently. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Do I need prior experience driving quads?
Not necessary. Our quads are automatic and very easy to handle. In fact, 90% of our clients are beginners. Before leaving, the guide will give you a quick lesson, and we will not enter the dirt until we make sure you control the vehicle.
Is a photo of the driving license on the mobile phone valid?
NO. Due to strict legal and insurance regulations, it is essential to present the B Driving License (Car) PHYSICAL and ORIGINAL. If there are two of you on a quad and you want to take turns, the second driver must also present theirs.
What is the difference with the Teide route?
The Teide route is a “Road Tour” (100% asphalt) focused on climbing to 2,200 meters to see the sea of clouds and clean volcanic landscapes. On the other hand, the Off-Road route stays on the northern slope; it is lower in altitude but much more dynamic, adventurous, and focused on dirt driving.
