These General Contracting Conditions regulate the booking and sale of tourist experiences and activities through the website www.mamioverde.com. By making a booking, the customer expressly accepts all these terms. We recommend reading them carefully before completing any purchase.

3. Service Description and Availability
Mamio Verde offers the sale of tourist experiences and activities on the island of Tenerife. The description, duration, requirements, and prices of each activity are detailed on its corresponding page. All experiences are subject to seat availability and favorable weather or logistical conditions.
4. Booking Process and Prices
The prices indicated on the website include applicable taxes (IGIC) unless otherwise stated. The booking process is carried out through our integrated booking engine.
- The customer must provide truthful information for the management of the booking.
- Payment will be made through the methods enabled in our secure payment gateway (credit/debit card, etc.).
- The booking will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been verified.
- Once payment is verified, the customer will receive a booking voucher by email, which must be presented on the day of the activity.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with tourism sector regulations and Mamio Verde’s operational policies, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations by the customer more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations by the customer less than 48 hours in advance or No Show: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellations by Mamio Verde: If due to adverse weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure we are forced to cancel the activity, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
6. Customer Liability and Obligations
To ensure safety and the proper execution of activities:
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to meet the age, health, physical condition requirements, and any other indications specified in the activity information.
- During participation, the customer undertakes to strictly follow the safety rules and instructions given by the guides and Mamio Verde staff.
- Mamio Verde is not responsible for damages, injuries, or loss of personal belongings resulting from negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to comply with the rules by the customer.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any controversy derived from the contracting of our services, Spanish legislation shall apply, specifically the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
