Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is underwater vision?
The catamaran has special compartments located below sea level with large panoramic windows. Thanks to this, it is possible to see dolphins and whales swimming next to the boat’s hull without getting wet, almost as if you were in a natural aquarium.
Is animal sighting guaranteed?
Tenerife is undoubtedly one of the best places in the world for this. Although they are wild and free animals, we have a success rate of over 95%. Therefore, it is very rare not to see at least one of the resident species.
Is it a recommended activity for children?
It’s the best! Especially for children, going down to the underwater compartment and seeing the animals underwater is an experience they never forget. Furthermore, the boat is very large, safe, and comfortable for them.
What is the difference between the 3h and the 4.5h route?
Both see cetaceans and have underwater vision. However, the 3h route sails along the Adeje coast. On the other hand, the 4.5h is the complete experience that reaches the impressive Los Gigantes Cliffs and Masca Bay.
Is the boat accessible for strollers or wheelchairs?
Generally, baby strollers are allowed (although they must be folded if the crew requests it for safety). On the other hand, for wheelchairs, access is limited due to the dock walkways and the boat’s structure, so please consult us before booking.
