Frequently Asked Questions
Is food included in the price of the excursion?
No, lunch is not included. However, during our stops in villages like Garachico or Masca, you will have enough free time to eat on your own in local restaurants and try Canarian gastronomy.
What kind of vehicle is used for the tour?
We make the journey in a very comfortable and air-conditioned panoramic tourist bus, ideal for large groups of up to 40 people. Consequently, this allows us to offer a complete excursion at a very accessible price.
Can I bring my baby stroller or wheelchair?
Yes, wheelchair access is permitted as long as the person comes with a companion who can assist them. Furthermore, due to space reasons in the bus trunk, we ask you to let us know in advance if you bring a wheelchair or stroller.
In what languages are the guide's explanations given?
Our official guide on board gives the explanations simultaneously in Spanish, English, and German every day. Alternatively, if you prefer the explanations in French, you must book the excursion for a Monday or a Thursday.
Does the bus have a bathroom or will we make technical stops?
The buses do not have a bathroom on board, but do not worry. Therefore, the itinerary is perfectly designed with frequent stops at viewpoints and villages (like Masca, Garachico, or the visitor center) where you can go to the restroom and stretch your legs comfortably.
