  • Present the digital or printed booking voucher at the entrance.
  • Some slides have minimum height restrictions (generally 1.10m or 1.25m).

Rules of Use

  • Follow the safety rules of the lifeguards at each attraction at all times.
  • Running around the facilities or diving headfirst into the pools is not allowed.

Not suitable for

  • Extreme attractions are not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart or back problems. (However, the park has ideal relaxation areas for everyone).

Parking

Paid parking on site. We highly recommend arriving early to secure your spot.

Transport and directions

Siam Park is located in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. You have several options to get there:

  • On your own: You can go directly by car or taxi.
  • Transfer from the North: If you are staying in Puerto de la Cruz, forget about the car and book your seat on our Direct bus to Siam Park to travel in total comfort.

Important Information

What to bring:

  • Your pre-purchased ticket.
  • Swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops (water shoes are highly recommended to walk comfortably around the park).
  • Water-resistant sunscreen.

Not allowed:

  • Entering with outside food and drinks (except water and baby food).
  • Wearing sunglasses, watches, necklaces, mobile phones, or action cameras without a chest harness on the slides.

Important Details:

We recommend arriving first thing in the morning to make the most of the park before it gets too crowded. Consequently, you will be able to rent your locker without any problem.

Can I bring my own food into the park?

Bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed, except for water and specific baby food. However, Siam Park has a wide variety of restaurants and bars for all tastes.

Are the park's pools heated?

Yes! Specifically, the water in all Siam Park pools and attractions is kept heated at a pleasant 24ºC (75ºF) year-round. Therefore, it is perfect even in winter.

Are there suitable attractions for young children?

Of course. First, the park has spectacular areas dedicated to the little ones, such as ‘The Lost City’ and ‘Sawasdee’. Furthermore, these are safe and tailor-made authentic aquatic paradises for them.

Where do I keep my phone and wallet while swimming?

The park has spacious changing areas and lockers of different sizes that you can rent for a small extra cost upon arrival. Consequently, we recommend renting it first thing in the morning to guarantee availability.

Do they have their own parking?

Siam Park has a private paid parking lot for customers (limited spaces). Alternatively, if you are staying in the north, we recommend taking our direct bus to avoid any parking issues entirely.

  • Enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking.
  • If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the booking, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, no refund will be issued.
