Is it guaranteed that we will see whales or dolphins?
Since they are wild animals, we cannot give a 100% guarantee, but Tenerife has a resident colony of cetaceans all year round, which gives us a sighting success rate of over 95%.
What is the difference between the 3h and the 4.5h excursion?
Both include wildlife watching, a swim stop, and food/drinks. The difference is the route: the 3-hour route navigates around Costa Adeje, while the 4.5-hour route reaches the spectacular cliffs of Los Gigantes and Masca.
Will I get seasick on the catamaran?
Catamarans are very stable thanks to their two hulls. Even so, if you are very prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking a preventive pill 30 minutes before boarding.
What should I bring to the boat?
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and some light warm clothing (like a sweatshirt), as the breeze in the open sea can be cool even in summer.
Is there a pick-up service in the north of the island?
Yes, we offer a transfer service from Puerto de la Cruz on specific days of the week (varies depending on the season). You can select it during the booking process.
