Requirements

Presenting an ID card, NIE, or passport before the flight is mandatory.
Maximum weight of 110 kg per person; if exceeded, an additional seat must be booked with a 50% discount.

Rules of Use

Arriving at least 20 minutes before the start of the activity is mandatory.
Seats will be assigned according to weight balance and availability.

Not suitable for

Women in advanced stages of pregnancy.
People with severe reduced mobility.

Frequently Asked Questions

How to get to the heliport if I am coming from the north?

Not sure how to get here from Puerto de la Cruz? A convenient option is to take our bus to Siam Park, departing from the north. Once there, you can take a taxi: the journey to the heliport is only 10 minutes. A practical solution if you do not have your own or rental car.

Can I choose my seat in the helicopter?

Due to strict aviation safety regulations, seats cannot be chosen at will. The pilot will assign seats to each passenger just before take-off based on the aircraft’s weight balance.

If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the booking, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
