Mornings: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoons: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

*You will be able to select your exact time and pick-up point directly on the calendar during the booking process.

Minimum Age: 15 years old.
Capacity: Strictly 1 person per scooter.
Maximum Weight: 120 kg.
Deposit: €50 deposit (Refundable upon returning the equipment in perfect condition).

Rules of Use

Traffic Rules: Riding on sidewalks is strictly prohibited. You must ride exclusively on bike lanes and the road.
Pedestrian Crossings: It is mandatory to get off the scooter and walk across the crosswalk holding it by hand.
Helmet: Mandatory use and always securely fastened.
Road Safety: Using mobile phones, wearing headphones, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
Responsibility: The client will assume the cost of any fine or damage resulting from a breach of these rules.

Not suitable for

Children under 15 years old.
Individuals weighing over 120 kg.
Riding with more than one person on the same scooter.

€50 for the security deposit (Credit card or cash).
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes (highly recommended).

Riding on sidewalks or pedestrian-only areas.
Carrying passengers (scooters are strictly for individual use).
Using headphones or mobile phones while riding.

Quick user guide:

Power On / Off: Press and hold the center button.
Speed: Press the [+] button once to go up a level, and [-] to go down.
Lights: Press and hold [+] to turn the lights on/off.
Pedestrian Mode (3 km/h): Press and hold [-] to safely walk alongside the scooter.
Brakes: Left Lever = Rear Brake | Right Lever = Front Brake.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where am I allowed to ride the scooter?

You must always ride on the road or in designated bike lanes. It is strictly forbidden to ride on sidewalks or pedestrian walkways. Also, when crossing a pedestrian crosswalk, you must step off and walk your scooter across.

Can two people ride on the same scooter?

No. According to local road safety regulations, the use of electric scooters is strictly individual (1 person per scooter). If there are two of you, you will need to rent two separate scooters.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory by law. It must be securely fastened at all times while riding. We provide a clean, safe helmet completely free of charge with your rental.

How does the security deposit work?

Upon handing over the scooter, a security deposit of €50 is required. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of your rental, provided you return the scooter and the helmet in the exact same condition they were given to you.

How do I lock the scooter if I want to stop for a drink?

All our scooters come with a free security lock. During the handover, our team will show you how to use it and give you a personal unlock code so you can park safely and enjoy your stops.

Cancellation Policy

Enjoy free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking.
If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the booking, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, no refund will be issued.
